- Cuando esté doradita retiradla y podéis triturarla o echarla directamente en la olla con las albóndigas ya fritas.

- Cubrir de agua o caldo de verduras(yo usé el sobranre de una crema de calabacín), añadir el vino, la pastilla de caldo y el laurel

- Dejar hervir unos 5 min a fuego fuerte, luego tapar, bajar el fuego y dejar unos 8 min. Y listo!
