  4. En paralelo hervimos 1 Kg de papas, una vez cocidas las colamos agregamos 50 hr de manteca y leche cantidad necesaria para lograr un puré cremoso.
  5. Servimos ambas preparaciones cubriendo las albóndigas con la salsa a gusto.
