    Hervir a fuego lento durante 20-30'. Entonces apagar los fuegos y dejar reposar unas 8 horas. (Se puede cocinar por la noche y, al enfriarse, guardarlo tapado en la nevera).
  7. Servir cortando en rodajas, acompañado del caldo de cebolla y tomate.
  8. Se puede acompañar con arroz, con patatas, etc.
