- En una sartén echamos como 1 dedo de aceite y pasamos las albóndigas sellarlas solo que no se quemen


- SALSA: En una sartén echamos aceite como 1 dedo más o menos, echamos la cebolla, los ajos y le echamos un poco de sal y movemos hasta que estén doraditas


- Batimos la cebolla y lo echamos todo en la olla

- Ponemos a calentar la salsa anterior, a fuego flojo, y le agregamos el vino.
- Cuando el.vino empiece a hervir le echamos las albóndigas ya pasadas por la sartén y dejamos flojito sobre 5 minutos así que coja el sabor y el vino se reduzca un poco (si se va quedando seca se le puede añadir un pelín de agua no mucha)
