- Para hacer la carne hacemos un sofrito con la cebolla, el ajo y los pimientos. Cuando esté dorado echar la carne picada. Cuando la carne está hecha echar el tomillo, el romero y la lata de tomate triturado con una cucharada de azúcar para quitar la acidez. Dejar cocinar hasta que el tomate deje de tener tanta agua y se quede más seca la carne
- En un recipiente de horno poner una capa de puré, una de carne y otra de queso hasta terminar las capas
- En la capa de arriba del todo echar queso y por encima del queso huevo batido y meter al horno a unos 210 grados hasta que el huevo de arriba esté dorado
