  2. Mezclar muy bien salpimentar a gusto dejar cocinar hasta que la carne cambie de color para luego agregar el vino dejar evaporar uno 3 a 5 minutos
  3. Colocar el puré de tomate tapar la cacerola cuando rompe el hervor dejar cocinar unos 3 minutos y agregar el agua cocinar a fuego mínimo por ultimo agregar el ají molido mezclar muy bien, si se evapora podes incorporar agua logrando la consistencia de salsa deseada,mientras se cocina preparamos la polenta así cuando este lista la salsa bolognesa servimos con la polenta cremosa que esta en mi recetario, si gustan pueden espolvorear con abundante queso parmesano o rallado y Buon Appetito !!
