Cocinamos en la parte alta del horno durante 10’. Pasado ese tiempo, damos una vuelta a las albóndigas y dejamos 5’ más (no hay que tirar el jugo que sueltan)
- En una olla o sartén profunda, ponemos aceite a fuego fuerte y cocinamos la cebolla+zanahoria muy picadas (yo lo hago a máquina)
- Cuando la cebolla esté transparente, añadimos la sal, el curry y la harina removiendo rápido para que no se queme. Ponemos las pasas y el caldo/agua y dejamos que reduzca a fuego medio/fuerte durante 10’ (el tiempo que tardan en hacerse las albóndigas)

- Sacamos las albóndigas del horno, las incorporamos a la salsa con el juego y cocinamos otros 5’ para que se impregnen. Probamos la salsa por si necesita rectificar algún sabor
