Y le doy forma de bola con las palmas de ambas manos.

- Pasar por una mezcla de huevo, provenzal y orégano. Luego al pan rallado (lo hice con panes duros que había).


- Freír hasta dorar, si es necesario la voy girando, para una cocción uniforme. Escurrir y servir, yo lo acompañé con papas en cubos hervidas y mayonesa. Buen provecho
