- Ahora vamos con el relleno: Picamos bien chica la cebolla y la parte verde también, el ajo, el morrón, rallar la zanahoria y cortar los coles a la mitad.


- En un sartén amplio colocar un chorrito de aceite y sofrito la cebolla y el ajo unos minutos, sumar el morrón sofrito y sumo la zanahoria, mezclo todo y sofrito unos minutitos.Ahora sumo las hamburguesas en trozos, mezclo y rompo las hamburguesas con la cuchara de madera y sumo los coles y sofrito hasta que se cocine la carne y cambie de color los coles o repollitos.






- Ahora condimento con la sal, orégano y adobo, mezclo y sumo un poco de salsa de tomate(opcional)y dejo que se cocine tapado unos 15 minutos aprox. y apago el fuego y dejo tapado.



- Ahora vamos con el puré: una vez cocidas las papas, le sacamos el agua restante y las dejamos enfriar para pelar.Pelamos y pisamos las papas con un tenedor o si tienen con un pisa papas, yo le agregue una pizca de sal y mezclar.


- Ahora en un recipiente apto para horno, colocamos el puré de papas, el relleno y nuevamente puré, yo prepare un sobre de salsa blanca y le coloque encima,(dejando una parte sin por la razón de que a mis hermanas no les gusta😅) y lo lleve al horno unos 30 minutos a 200°C y listo.
