- Cubrimos la carne con el puré de patatas y quedo cheddar rallado por encima y lo introducimos al horno (precalentado a 180°C) unos 20-25 minutos.



- Pasado ese tiempo, lo dejamos reposar fuera del horno sobre una rejilla.
